Richard has delivered business solutions for the past 15 years and has over 9 years of experience as a
professional consultant. He has architected and developed numerous enterprise applications within several
industry verticals including financial services, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, government
services, and health care.
Richard is responsible for working with clients to understand their specific needs and leading the development
teams that deliver the solutions. He is a highly experienced .NET architect and specializes in data management
solutions using SQL Server 2005. He holds several certifications including an MCSD.net and an MCDBA and has
architected solutions that have won Canadian and worldwide awards from Microsoft.
Shawn Ellsworth, Chief Designer
Shawn has been designing and developing business solutions for the past 10 years and has 5 years of management experience.
He has led numerous projects for clients that include Microsoft, McDonald's, Disney, Heinz, TELUS, Pepsi, Scotts, Natrel, Revlon and CIBC.
Shawn specializes in designing simple, easy to use web applications.
He is skilled at discussing technology with any audience and solving complex business problems through usable,
intuitive interfaces. He is a highly experienced web designer, graphic designer and user interface developer whose
work has been visited by millions on the web.
